If you wish, you can change and / or return your order within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the receipt of your order.
ONLINE CHANGES (ONLY SPAIN AND PENINSULAR PORTUGAL)
We offer you the possibility of making a change of size, model or color with our exchange service at home.
For this you will have to fill in the form at the bottom of this page and write: EXCHANGE.
Remember: you have a completely free size or model change within Spain and mainland Portugal.
- Fill in the form that you will find at the bottom of this page indicating that you want to make a MODEL / SIZE / COLOR CHANGE.
- We will answer your email to manage the process of collection and delivery of the new product..
- You will prepare your hat to deliver to the courier and you will receive the change at the address within 1-3 business days. That easy.
We do not have the Exchange service available for INTERNATIONAL shipments outside of Spain and mainland Portugal.
This will require a return and subsequent purchase of the product.
We refund the amount of your order (less shipping costs) through the same method with which you paid.
If your order has benefited from the free shipping promotion, the shipping costs will also be deducted from your refund.
To return your order, follow the instructions below::
- Fill in the form that you will find at the bottom of this page indicating that you want a RETURN.
- To proceed with the return of the order, you must contract the transport with the company of your choice, making sure that it reaches us in good condition and enclose a copy of the purchase invoice inside the box.
In the package you must indicate the address of our headquarters:

Shipping costs will be at your expense.
CHANGES AND RETURNS IN STORE IN SITGES, BARCELONA
You can also make a change of size or return your purchases online in our showroom-store at Calle San Damián 11 Sitges, Barcelona. The applicable conditions are the same as those mentioned above.
SALES AND OUTLET
Products in the OUTLET section do not have a Free Size Change. Keep in mind that the shipping and return in case of change of size you would have to pay for it.
In the case of having paid for your order with PayPal, remember that this platform will reimburse you for the return shipping costs.
The Customer has the obligation to return the product in perfect condition, with the original and intact packaging and labeling, conveniently packaged in its original box and properly protected.
The product to be returned must be in the same state in which it was received by the customer.
RETURN OF THE AMOUNT
Raceu Hats will proceed to refund the amount paid, once it has received the returned product and has verified its good condition.
The refund of the amount will be made within a maximum period of 5 working days from the receipt of the piece / s through the same method with which it was paid: credit card, Paypal or in a coupon with credit if it was used to make the purchase.
Raceu Hats reserves the right not to accept returns when:
1. The return communication is out of the stipulated period.
2. Return shipments after the deadline.
3. Product used or in poor condition.
4. Loss of non-certified packages.

*For all UK customers - please return your items with a courier service and NOT the POST OFFICE. You may use courier services such as TNT/ FED EX/ DHL/ DPD with the invoice stating it is a RETURNED ORDER. Otherwise an import duty will be charged on receipt in Spain and we will not be liable for this.
*If you are NOT FROM EU please mark RETURNED GOODS and RE IMPORT on the outside of your parcel. If this is not marked and import charges are levied this will be deducted from your total refund. We cannot be held responsible for any taxes or fees claimed by customs upon re-entry into Spain.
NOTE: Products found in the OUTLET section do not qualify for Free Size Change. Please note that the shipping and return costs involved in the size change process would have to be supported by the customer. If you choose paying your order via PayPal, keep in mind that this platform reimburses you for the return shipping costs.
