If you have arrived here means that for some reason you want to return one of our products, here we explain the details of the process.

Return period:

You will have 14 days to return the product or products to reimburse since you receive it at the address that you have indicated.

Package conditions:

Sent it, this includes labels and the original packaging. We will not accept any return with signs of use or that has damaged during the return process, you can try the hat just like you would in a physical store, but please remember that you can not use a product and then try to return it, we will inspect the product upon arrival.

Can I request a change in my order?

In case you want a change in size, color or choose another model get in touch with us and we will handle your request.

Cost return order

To proceed with the return of the order, you are in charge of sending and paying the shipping cost, making sure that we receive it back. We will return the order amount (except the shipping fees) via the same method used at the payment moment.

Product defective or wrong

Have we been wrong? Does the hat have any damage? Do not worry, you can proceed to return your order without No cost for you

*For all UK customers - please return your items with a courier service and NOT the POST OFFICE. You may use courier services such as TNT/ FED EX/ DHL/ DPD with the invoice stating it is a RETURNED ORDER. Otherwise an import duty will be charged on receipt in Spain and we will not be liable for this.

*If you are NOT FROM EU please mark RETURNED GOODS and RE IMPORT on the outside of your parcel. If this is not marked and import charges are levied this will be deducted from your total refund. We cannot be held responsible for any taxes or fees claimed by customs upon re-entry into Spain.

NOTE: Products found in the OUTLET section do not qualify for Free Size Change. Please note that the shipping and return costs involved in the size change process would have to be supported by the customer. If you choose paying your order via PayPal, keep in mind that this platform reimburses you for the return shipping costs.
